We founded Oaka Studio to address an unmet need. With fewer Microsoft partners being managed, there was a need for greater insight into optimising a partner’s relationship with Microsoft. Sometimes that would be the ever-changing programmes and sometimes it would be the best way to go about working directly with Microsoft people. Sometimes both.

At the same time, we recognised that most out of the available business growth advice was very generic. Many partners need marketing, sales, talent and strategic advice, appropriate to their context.

All of this coincided with Microsoft’s shift towards AI-based technologies, which threw much of what everybody knew up in the air.

So we assembled a team to address that. Practical advice from people with their fingers on the Microsoft pulse AND former managing directors and sales directors of successful partners who can offer contextual advice.

Our mission is simple: to empower Microsoft partners to grow profitably, with clarity, confidence and the right strategic alignment.

Lucy Bourne, also Founder and Director, brings over 15 years of experience in the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, including leading the ISV channel strategy at Microsoft UK.
