Our team brings together decades of frontline experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, spanning sales, strategy, enablement, and leadership. We’ve walked in your shoes - building partner practices, managing Microsoft relationships, and navigating the complexities of funding, programmes, and go-to-market.

Lee Baker, Founder and Director, has built and scaled low-code practices for global integrators and is one of fewer than 50 FastTrack Recognized Solution Architects worldwide. 

Lucy Bourne, also Founder and Director, brings over 15 years of experience in the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, including leading ISV channel strategy at Microsoft UK.
