A plan has got to have momentum if it is going to succeed. Following theBlueprint and Roadmap, we move to the Acceleration Phase.
Acceleration Phase
This phase is typically 3-6 months and is used to:
Establish governance, oversight and value reporting
Mobilise the partner’s team and establish ways of working and knowledge transfer mechanisms
Address near-term roadmap priorities, using our Mentor / Lead / Execute approach
Ongoing Retainer
Having got the partner off to a great start with the Acceleration Phase, many of our clients want to continue working with us on a retainer basis. This usually covers the following activities:
Continual improvement of the Partner Roadmap
Periodic re-evaluation of the Partner Roadmap to ensure it remains aligned to partner progress, the market and Microsoft changes
Move into a ‘Business-As-Usual’ mode across mentorship, leadership and execution
Governance to continue to hold the partner to account for progress
Alliance Enablement
