Lucy Bourne
Lucy has a 15-year-long career in the Microsoft Business Applications partner ecosystem, with roles spanning pre-sales leadership, partner alliance and business management. She has supported partners to generate and increase revenue through solutions and services, most recently at Microsoft where she owned ISV channel for Business Applications partners in the UK.
Lucy is a keen ambassador for driving net new talent into the partner-ecosystem that she promotes through her two podcasts on the topic.


Lee Baker
Lee has led the establishment and growth of net new low-code practices in two Global Systems integrators, owning P&Ls, developing GTMs, mobilising teams and building our governance programs for growth.
He has proven experience in developing the growth of delivery teams in line with key organisational and Microsoft-driven targets.
Lee is also one of fewer than 50 globally awarded Fasttrack Recognised Solution Architects for his work on Enterprise delivery projects.
Nigel Ridpath
Nigel has 35 years success in the IT industry, in roles ranging from business consultancy to managing directorships. Focusing on the areas of CRM, ERP and
Business Intelligence, Nigel's experience has been gained in organisations from start-ups to multi-nationals.
He has achieved great success in a variety of roles, including Founder/Director of three innovative software services companies. Gaining post-graduate qualifications in Management Studies and Direct Marketing, Nigel appreciates the need for ongoing personal development. This has made him passionate about helping people reach their full potential. With his extensive and wide-ranging experience, Nigel is a highly-regarded business consultant, trainer and coach. He produces the Standing Apart podcast and his first book, The Time Traveller’s Guide to Management is set for publication in early 2026.
In his spare time, he follows Saracens and England rugby, is a District Councilor and conducts humanist weddings and funerals.


Tamara Phelan
Tamara has a strong track record of leading high-performing sales and alliance teams within Business Application Systems Integrators and Independent Software Vendors. She is passionate about helping Microsoft partners achieve growth,
profitability, and greater market share, while maximising the value of their relationships with Microsoft and other strategic partnerships.
With extensive experience in building strong relationships, nurturing successful teams, and driving business growth, Tamara has a proven record of acquiring new logos, managing key accounts, and implementing effective Microsoft Alliance
strategies and Partner-to-Partner (P2P) programmes.
Additionally, Tamara is a Three Principles practitioner, coach, and mentor. She is dedicated to helping leaders and future leaders gain clarity, consistency, and uncover innovative insights to solve complex or long-standing challenges. This work supports reducing stress, frustration, and anxiety through a deeper understanding of the human mind.
In her spare time, Tamara enjoys reading, exploring new ideas, and sharing her passion for mental well-being and personal and professional development.
Ewan Dalton
Ewan had a 26-year career at Microsoft, working through a number of different roles from technology pre-sales, corporate accounts sales management, to running the UK partner technical specialists and competitive partner recruit teams. Moving to work for Microsoft Corp in the global ISV function, he helped cloud-first ISV partners build their business with Microsoft and was a leader in cultivating SaaS partners from the early days of Azure, to working with strategic Business Applications ISVs across the world.
Ewan now works as a consultant to help ISV partners with GTM, product roadmap and sales alignment. He is also the Microsoft Alliance lead for the UK chapter of the IAMCP, the Independent Association of Microsoft Channel Partners.
