BLUEPRINT AND ROADMAP

Our Partner Accelerate Framework provides a structured and consistent approach for assessing Microsoft partners.

Through our Blueprint Workshop, we assess the partner’s maturity and opportunities across our three core pillars:

• Sales & Go-To-Market
• Practice Enablement
• Microsoft Alliance

Following the workshop, we produce a blueprint document, which contains all of our observations and takeaways, set in the context of your business. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all. Here are some examples:



• Most great partners are verticalised. If we feel that you are fishing in the wrong pond or that verticalisation is not important for you, we’ll say.
• If we genuinely feel that working directly with Microsoft sellers is going to be to your advantage, we’ll say. But for many partners, it’s not worth the effort.
• Some partners are best delivering on a T&M basis. Others on fixed priced. We’re increasingly encountering the situation where a client is used to paying a certain delivery price, but with AI, you can deliver in less time. We’ll recommend what’s right for you.

Included in the blueprint document is a roadmap. It takes our recommendations and produces a time-ordered set of actions. The first batch of actions will then be allocated accordingly in the Accelerate phase.

The Roadmap also includes a partner-appropriate dashboard suggestion for ensuring that velocity to success is measured and therefore can be maintained.
